Effective Date: 1st-January-2026 dlink.pk offers a 14-day return policy. Eligible Returns:

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Return Conditions:

Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.

Non-Returnable Cases:

Change of mind, misuse, physical damage after delivery, or missing accessories.

Refund & Replacement:

Approved returns will be replaced or refunded within 7–10 working days.

Return Shipping:

Free return shipping applies only if the fault is from our side.
